Daniela Voráčková

Originally studied Finances in the Economy University in Prague, but ran to the theatre in 1988.  She took part in many workshops – f.e. with The Living Theatre, Min Tanaka, Dogtroep(nl), Derevo(ru). Lived in Amsterdam in 1991-97, projects in Mime School and SNDO. Back in Prague in 1999, co-created STAGE CODE, author and performer in project of physical, street and drama theatre. She is a guest actress in the Forman Brothers Theater – “Enchatia” (Czech National Theater), since 2016 touring Europe with DEADTOWN. She appeared in short films and video art of czech visual artist M.Pechoucek and T.Velikova. She is a sharp comedian, prompt moderator and good singer. She gives device and site specific theatre classes. Outside of performing loves visual art, ice-swimming and photography.
