Biography

Johana is a Czech actress originally from Prague. She made her debut in director Petr Nikolaev's film Vybíjená, where she played one of the main roles as young Hujerová.

She studied at a language-oriented high school in Prague and then spent a year abroad to improve her language skills. Thanks to this experience, she speaks fluent French and English. After returning, she completed a degree in Humanities at Charles University in Prague.

Johana has been acting since childhood. She initially studied under Hana Trázníková and later with acting coaches David Stejskal and Ivo Consi. Ivo describes Johana as a promising young actress with a broad range, capable of playing a wide variety of roles.

In her free time, she enjoys modern jazz dance and ballet.

In 2022, she played one of the three main roles, Rozárka, in the film Amori Dolori, alongside Lenka Vlasáková and Iva Janžurová. The film garnered numerous awards at both domestic and international film festivals, including at the Toronto International Women Film Festival in Canada.
