Lenka Šmídová

I graduated from the Higher Vocational School of Acting under the guidance of Tomáš Petřík, Martina Frejová Krátká and Kristýna Frejová. Before entering the acting school I studied opera singing at the Jan Deyl Conservatory. Although I have been singing opera for 6 years, I prefer to sing chanson, pop or campfire songs.

I am a co-founder of the theatre company Easily at the Bottom in which I act as an actress. In 2023 I had the opportunity to go through a year-long workshop by Jakub Čermák called Playroom is dark, which dealt with intimacy, physicality and sexuality on stage.

While studying at the College of Fine Arts, I made two student films, Prihořívá and Na skok do banky, and one commercial for EY.
