He is trained in a good old Russian theatre at JAMU, the studio of Oxana Smilkova (meaning he can do somersaults on practically any surface while performing Shakespeare or Chekhov). Tomas also trained at ENSATT (Lyon, France) to learn acting in French (which he did).
In search of constant improvement and experience, Tom continues to advance his techniques with Adam Davenport (TIAS), Andrei Biziorek (Demidov Studio London), and David Penn (The Naked Face).
All of his studies conclude in a living character on screen, albeit shorts (BOY, Scenes of Soul and Body, Blue and Red), TV series (Vedlejsi produkt, Specialiste) or movies (All Quiet on Western Front, Waves).
Zlatovlaska (Goldenhair) directed by Jan Tesitel, premiered in January 2025, in which Tom portrayed the lead - a Don Quixote/ Prince Myshkinesque character - Georgie/ Jiřík.
