Katarina Tlapak

Katarína graduated from the Secondary Pedagogical School in Kroměříž. She decided to escape from teaching to acting and started studying musical acting at the JAMU under Sylva Talpová. In 2015 she graduated in the role of Nellie Lowett in the production “Sweeney Todd: The Evil Barber of Fleet Street” (directed by Hana Mikolášková). The same year she got an engagement at the Municipal Theatre in Brno. Since her studies at JAMU she has been dubbing, radio and dubbing various commercials and advertisements in Slovak and Czech languages. She returned to JAMU, where it all began, this time as a teacher of stage speech.
